No, the lectures are not pre-recorded. Our lectures will be live via Google Meet. This enables students to have a two way communication with the instructor providing an enriching learning experience. In addition, recorded video lectures will be provided to registered students for subsequent future reference.

Mode of teaching will be online. Lectures will be conducted via Google Meet and the links for the lectures will be shared to you on your registered account with Lex Dukos.

There is no refund or withdrawal policy – once payment is received refunds will not be processed. Students can however attend the next batch of the same course in case a situation demands that the batch  they had paid for cannot be attended. Transfer of course batch can be offered only once and not repeatedly – if a student cannot attend the immediately subsequent course batch the fee will be forfeited. No change/swapping of course can be done once payment for a particular course has been received and logged. No student can change their batch after attending more than 20% of the total number of hours for that course.

Yes, Lex Dukos does provide an online certificate. Physical certificates will be provided, only after successful completion of the course and the certificate will be couriered to your registered address.

Course Payments can be made via UPI to our bankers or Via neft to our account.

While attending an online class, you may ask your questions in real-time via live chat or raise hand option (subject to the faculty preferences or instructions). Our faculty will instantly assist and solve your doubts. For doubts regarding courses, registrations, refunds, logins, technical issues, etc., you will have to email education@lexdukos.com

Students who are registered with us will be provided with consolidated notes of the syllabus which will be uploaded on our portal and accessible to students registered for the particular course through their LexDukos login.

Yes, students are free to enroll for more than one course at a time, if they are willing to do so. Please check the schedule for each course on the courses tab of our website, to ensure there is no clash in the lecture schedule.

No, the candidates cannot change the course after registration. However, they can withdraw from the course and register themselves in a new course, subject to the refund policy. (Please refer to the terms of use)

Examinations shall be conducted at the end of each course online on our edtech platform and there will be continuous internal assessment based on class participation and the moot courts/discussions/presentations by students.

Yes, attendance is compulsory. Students who are registering courses with us are required to attend online lectures on a regular basis. Candidates must at least have 75% of attendance during the tenure of the course.
